Refund policy

The employees delight themselves on providing
you with exceptional
service and excellent customer care.

*For unsatisfactory color services, refunds will not be available, but
a corrective color appointment will be offered. We require that you
return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.
Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only
with in the initial service. 
*Please express your complaints within 24hrs of your service
otherwise will not be accepted.
* For unsatisfactory hair cut we do offer adjustments within a week from the appointment time.

*Refunds will only be considered if presented within 3 days of
purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
*Gift cards are not subject to refunds.


Cancellation Policy

All our appointments are confirmed via text, email and/or telephone and can be cancelled or rescheduled 24hrs in advance at no charges.  We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled with 24hrs.
